Opportunity : To provide a full range of preventive and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance, chronic disease management, acute visits and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school

Board certified or Board eligible
