The ENT Physician Job Description:
Full-time, direct hire opportunity
Day shift, M-F working clinic hours
$75K Sign On Bonus and up to $15K relocation assistance

The ENT Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted IL Medical License
