Ideal background:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field

4+ years of data abstraction experience (preferred)

Healthcare or hospital reporting experience

Strong SQL skills and experience with Epic tools (Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer)
