A health services organization in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family Medicine background, to join their Primary Care team in Windham County.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 32 per week
Patient Volume: 20 patients per day Responsibilities:
The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
Performing physicals
Handling pre-op appointments
Overseeing transfer of care
Seeing patients in forsick visits
Assisting with chronic illness management
Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications:
Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
