Key Objectives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a chat or remote environment.

Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM software, and basic computer applications.
