As an Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for providing hands on technical leadership and guidance for onsite IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, and systems maintenance. The position will work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations as well as provide recommendations in support of complex network/infrastructure/cloud design and operations. This position will play an important role in establishing technical leadership across the program and lead innovation initiatives for our customer. This role involves strategic planning, diagnosing challenging network and system issues, advising on emerging technologies to support organizational goals. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and a mentor to the technical team.

What you'll do:

Develop, cultivate, and manage customer relationships.

Plan and recommend improvements, modernization, or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery.

Identify and lead infrastructure / program innovation initiatives across the program.

Prepare and review executive-level reports that ensure optimal program performance

Work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations.

Become the trusted technical advisor across the program.

What you'll need to succeed:

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

10+ years of experience leading technical teams across Network Engineering, Network Operations, IT Operations, and Cloud Architecture

Proven experience managing IT Operations programs in complex, enterprise environments

Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced network architectures, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions

Ability to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on enterprise network design, aligning infrastructure with organizational goals

Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex network and system issues

Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to enhance network performance and capabilities

Strong understanding of enterprise network policies, standards, security protocols, and compliance with federal regulations and industry best practices

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical teams to solve complex infrastructure, security, and development challenges

Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present technical strategies, designs, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Experience representing organizations in high-level technical discussions and decision-making forums

Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and execute in high-pressure, dynamic environments

SALARY RANGE: $165,000 - $188,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience

The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs

Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation

This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:

Performance-based bonuses

Company-paid training and/or certifications

Referral bonuses
