Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair advanced industrial equipment at customer sites. This role requires frequent travel, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support in both on-site and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer locations

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service requests

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues

Provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance

Coordinate and schedule service visits with customers and internal teams

Deliver remote technical support when not on-site

Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field required

3+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience

Experience with industrial equipment or similar systems required

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to travel 70–80% domestically and internationally

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with remote support tools and service documentation systems

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
