Factory Worker

Job Summary:

Responsible in assisting the production process and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and setting down of machine.

Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate superior.

Assist in loading raw materials into machines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and equipment.

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.

Job Specifications:

At least two (2) years of college education or graduate of college or vocational program.

Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a manufacturing industry.

Knowledgeable in basic documentation procedures.
