Position Overview

Health N Wellness Rx is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, prescriptions, and policies

Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience

Assist customers with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling

Document all customer interactions in the companys system accurately

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily

Maintain a thorough understanding of company services, products, and procedures

Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industries

Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
