Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Job description*:

• Technical leadership for development and maintenance teams

• Hands on development and code review for AS400 applications

• Defect management, root cause analysis, and production support

• Coordination with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams

• Delivery planning, estimation, and execution ownership

#Mandatory skills:

• Strong development experience in RPG ILE / Free RPG, CL, COBOL

• Solid knowledge of DB2 for i, SQL, and performance tuning

• Experience working in support + enhancement projects

• Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards

• Experience in issue resolution, incident management, and releases.

#Desired skills:

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models

• Experience integrating AS400 with web services, APIs, or middleware

• Knowledge of job scheduling, batch processing, and system monitoring

• Familiarity with tools like RDi, TurnOver, Aldon, SEU, SDA

• Domain exposure to insurance, BFSI, or claims processing systems.
