Tyler Technologies is hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Integrations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new integration processes between Tyler applications, improving existing integrations by adopting the latest tools and standards, and assisting in the migration of data from acquisitions and existing systems.
Responsibilities
Architect and build scalable, production-grade system integrations between Tyler applications and third-party platforms
Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives from legacy systems and acquisitions; define strategy, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery using ETL/ELT tools and best practices
Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and retry mechanisms to ensure integration, reliability, and observability
Analyze and optimize existing system integration and migration approaches; identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements
Establish and communicate clear integration development goals, strategies, and technical vision.
Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot existing databases and ETL processes; ensure operational excellence
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Security) to define technical standards and best practices
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations
Proven expertise with integration and migration platforms: SSIS, Power Automate, Boomi, or equivalent
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Engagement platform and OData adapters
Expert-level SQL and C# programming skills
Demonstrated ability to architect complex integration solutions and communicate technical vision to stakeholders
Experience leading projects, managing stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Azure Pipelines, or Microsoft Fabric
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design and implementation experience
Experience leading data migration from acquisitions or legacy system modernization
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
