What You’ll Do:

· Operate and monitor molding machines safely and efficiently

· Trim, weigh, and inspect molded parts for quality

· Follow all company compliance and safety procedures

· Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required

· Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic math skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain a steady production pace

· Basic computer skills

· High School Diploma or GED required
