Litigation Attorney – Austin, TX

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Austin, TX. Candidates must hold an active Texas Bar license.

Key Responsibilities:

Substantive trial preparation, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.

Apply strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Utilize e-discovery software (preferred).

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Maintain organization, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of litigation experience.

Strong academic credentials.

Proven advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Courtroom experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $170,000 – $180,000 annually (DOE).
