A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate payments from primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients Conduct thorough and timely follow-up on patient accounts for accurate accounts receivable reporting Resolve accounts receivable issues and maintain cash collection metrics and goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience with healthcare denials and appeals Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and reading medical policies from payers Previous healthcare experience
