Customer Service Support Associate

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Associate I who will be responsible for resolving internal rejects and suspends.

Key Responsibilities Research and analyze payment history, contacting vendors or customers to resolve exceptions Make payment decisions on exceptions according to client procedures and negotiate payment arrangements Process operations-related inquiries and document errors accurately and timely Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 6 months of telephone and billing experience in a general business environment Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Well-developed interpersonal skills to foster working relationships
