A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative to assist clients with their account-related needs.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients via inbound phone calls with a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance Provide empathetic support, uncover client needs, and deliver timely solutions Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client and crew experiences Required Qualifications: 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability Desire to continuously build knowledge and expertise High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree Required Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses or registrations
