AI Model Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Model Engineer.

Key Responsibilities Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models and multimodal systems for healthcare applications Build and maintain AI agents and workflows, integrating them with internal systems Develop evaluation datasets and implement guardrails for model compliance and quality assurance Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field 3-7+ years of experience in designing, training, or deploying machine learning models 2+ years of experience with large language models or agentic AI systems Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and model-serving frameworks Experience with vector databases and understanding of NER, NLP, and multimodal ingestion
