Client Service Analyst

A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst III to manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Create technical report specifications from indenture language Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports Perform quality control review of reports and coordinate with operations teams for accurate payments Required Qualifications 5+ years of related experience or in a similar field High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
