Packaging Technician

$18.00-$21.00 per hour BOE

1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm + Overtime

What You’ll Do:

Load and unload raw materials, components, assemblies, products either by hand, pallet jack, or forklift

Reference packing lists to ensure inbound materials are correct and visually inspect for conformity

Receive inbound materials and delivery to appropriate storage locations

Package outgoing products and prepare shipment appropriately based on carrier mode

Manage packaging / shipping supplies inventory

Clean and mask components in preparation for powder coating

General mechanical assembly utilizing hand, powered, or pneumatic tools

Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe work environment

Physical handling of components, including lifting up to 70 lbs. / 140 lbs team-lift

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma

Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word, Excel)

Prior shipping and receiving experience

Ability to complete an assembly assessment using blueprints

Forklift operation
