The Role

The Host is responsible for ensuring a friendly welcome, a departure greeting and the seating of all guests. They are also responsible for answering phones in a polite and prompt manner with appropriate scripting and records all reservations into the reservation system. They play an integral part of the flow and pace of our dining service.

Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose us for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.

The Requirements

As a Host, we would love you to have:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Prior industry related experience preferred

Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations

Must be prompt, courteous, and reliable

Flexibility in scheduling strongly preferredThe Restaurant
