Senior Salesforce Developer (F2F Interview)

Client is seeking a high-level Senior Salesforce Developer to maintain, enhance, and support existing platform customizations and integrations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing scalable, high-quality solutions for evolving business needs. You will be responsible for identifying process gaps and translating complex requirements into robust technical architectures within a Government Cloud environment. Core Responsibilities
Solution Design: Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce Platform, specifically for Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections - LPI).
Development: Perform hands-on coding using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integration: Manage REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns, including ETL/middleware tools.
DevOps: Utilize Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control to manage the development lifecycle.
Data Management: Execute data migrations and implement Large Data Volume (LDV) strategies and performance optimizations.
Automation: Build and maintain scalable automations using Salesforce Flow.
Security: Enforce Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and compliance frameworks. Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
Public Sector Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Government Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX.
SDLC Mastery: Experience across the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to technical documentation and user manuals.
Leadership: Ability to work directly with executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. Work Schedule & Environment
Type: Hybrid (On-site presence in Orange, CA required).
Schedule: Standard Full-time (Monday Friday).
Flexibility: Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.
