Software Engineer (495165)

Utilize experience building large-scale subsystems, improving system reliability, and accelerating software delivery to ensure our systems are high-performing, scalable, and secure. Designing and implementing critical infrastructure components and higher-order abstractions to accelerate product development and reduce manual intervention. Collaborate closely with product teams to develop software that meets our infrastructure needs for customer-facing features and ensures our platform meets product demands. Building and translating complex systems and AI capabilities into user-facing features that enable engineers to interact naturally with the company’s AI agent, and collaborate directly with customers and design partners to translate their needs into innovative systems designs.

MS degree in Computer Science or related plus 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related. Requires 2 years of software development experience utilizing Java and Python programming languages; in object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns; with cloud computing platforms, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) including services: EC2, S3, Lambda, and related infrastructure components; with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); with container orchestration using Kubernetes and containerization using Docker for deploying and managing cloud-native applications; NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning for distributed systems; with version control systems (Git) & continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools including Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
