This role is ideal for an experienced climber who takes pride in safety, precision pruning, and preservation-focused tree careand who wants to work for a company that values craftsmanship, science, and doing the job right.

Compensation:

$24 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality

Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times

Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite

Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress

Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition

Qualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available

Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship

Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques

Interest in continued skill development and long-term growth

Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor
