Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and maintaining the infrastructure behind our trading and payment systems. You will focus on enhancing system scalability, reliability, and deployment processes to support high-volume, real-time transactions with minimal downtime.

This role plays a key part in maintaining production systems where performance, uptime, and security are mission-critical.

Key Responsibilities

● Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC)

● Operate and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

● Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform

● Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and stable releases

● Enhance system observability via monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

● Ensure system resilience and availability (auto-scaling, failover strategies, disaster recovery)

● Apply and maintain security best practices (IAM, secrets management, network segmentation)

● Handle incident management, debugging, and root cause analysis

● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize performance and deployment workflows

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles

● Strong hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

● Solid expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration

● Experience working with Terraform or other IaC tools

● Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems

● Strong knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals

● Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

● Background in blockchain or cryptocurrency systems

● Currently working in the crypto industry (required)

Nice to Have

● Understanding of blockchain infrastructure or Web3 ecosystems

● Experience managing real-time or highly available systems

● Background in startups or fast-scaling environments

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD/year (depending on experience and location)
