A Sales Coordinator serves as a liaison between sales teams, various departments, and between sales personnel and clients. Sales Coordinators provide administrative support and are involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process. Sales Coordinators help sales teams to be more effective; they help departments implement and execute key business strategies.


Processes all orders for delivery and pick up as requested by Sales Executive ensuring proper accomplishments of the documents:

Sales Quotation

Sales Contract with Terms & Conditions signed by Clients on each page

Purchase Order

Data Verification of clients such as address, contact numbers, company name, email address, etc.. before processing of orders.

Checks availability of stocks/items in the system and verifying the same from Warehouse before preparation of Invoice or Delivery Receipt.

In case of unavailability or shortage of items, prepares Purchase Order of said items and send to Purchasing Dept.

Checks for leadtime from Purchasing and inform Sales Executive for dissemination of the same to client.

Proceed with scheduling of delivery based on client’s request and/or availability of delivery units.

Coordinates with Logistics for the Date of Delivery, observing delivery cut-off.

Request for preparation of Delivery Receipt to Invoicing Dept.

Monitors Delivery Schedules and confirms/coordinates the same a day before the scheduled delivery

Follow-ups the same on the day of delivery, ensuring completeness and quality of delivery have been undertaken by concern Warehouse personnel before dispatch.
