Our client is looking for a Projects Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining customer records, and managing sales documentation.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and electronic communication on behalf of the sales team.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information about products and services.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and follow up on customer requests, orders, and complaints.
Process sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Track and report on sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.
