Our client is seeking an RTR Specialist to take ownership of core Record-to-Report activities, including treasury, cash and AR reconciliation, fixed assets, and statutory compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, strong controls, and alignment with corporate policies, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and shared service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage treasury activities, including daily bank balance monitoring, reconciliations, and query resolution
Oversee cash AR processes, ensuring accurate allocation, reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies
Support general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close
Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, including capitalisation, depreciation, and asset tracking
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, VAT, reporting) and internal policies
Investigate and resolve aged items and reconciliation variances
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency within finance operations
Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and operations
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Qualified Chartered Accountant (Essential)
Minimum 2+ years' experience in audit or accounting
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
