The Machine Operator will primarily work with manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines in a team-based environment. The role involves monitoring machine operations, inspecting product quality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance throughout an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
Monitor and operate manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic repairs
Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance requirements
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain production flow
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in machine operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of machine calibration and mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
