Casino Associate/ Table Games Dealer

* Promote positive customer service by greeting and welcoming guests.

* Assist and proactively provide great customer service to all guests.

* Promotes positive customer relations and create an entertaining casino environment.

* Deals casino games such as Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Roulette, & War.

* Determines the winning and losing hands.

* Pays winning hands with chips/tokens and places losing wager in the bank or drop box.

* Assists new player on how to play the game.

* Sees to it that all players follow the gaming regulations.

* Maintains table bank and verifies amount in the table bank at the start and end of shift.

* Exchanges cash for chips or vice versa from players and places cash in the drop box.

* Ensures that all players are 21 years old and above.

* Checks IDs as necessary.

* Ensure safety of the casino money.

* Keeps tables and area clean at all times.

* Performs other duties as may be assigned.
