Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Monday-Friday 3 pm- 8 pm

$12.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable.

Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.

Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.

Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Maintain equipment and supplies used for cleaning to ensure they are in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in residential painting or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.

Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work will be advantageous.

Knowledge of buffing techniques and porter responsibilities is desirable.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.

A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment is essential.
