Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly Responsibilities: * Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality * Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times * Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite * Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress * Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition Qualifications: * ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available * Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship * Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques * Interest in continued skill development and long-term growth * Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor About Company At Ahlum & Arbor, we're not just in the tree care business—we're in the people and preservation business.
