$10.00-$11.00 bonus

Position Description:

In order to be successful our Customer Service Representatives should be highly motivated, good listeners, have excellent time management, ability to learn and to analyze accounts to come up with effective resolution for our client and their customers. You should also possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone. Be able to comfortably use a PC and be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.

Additional Requirements

This job requires that we clearly communicate with our clients customers by; possessing the ability to read, write, speak English fluently, have basic math skills and the ability to work with co-workers and managers in an office environment. Must have a High School Diploma/GED; pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Paid Customer Engagement Training that includes how to use our customized Account Management System and adhere to all State and Federal Regulations.
