We are one of the largest direct home-buying companies in America, purchasing over 300 properties per year. Our team is growing, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Commercial Acquisitions team.Position Overview

The Commercial Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and negotiating commercial real estate opportunities. This is a high-impact role for ambitious professionals looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate investment.

You will work directly with experienced real estate professionals and gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing, property analysis, and negotiations.Compensation

On-Target Earnings: $70,000 – $100,000 Commission-based performance incentives Growth and advancement opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

Identify new commercial property acquisition opportunities

Build and maintain a strong professional network

Prospect and develop relationships with property owners and brokersProperty Analysis

Evaluate commercial sites including warehouses and multi-family properties

Review financial data and assess investment potential

Learn market trends and valuation strategiesSite Tours

Visit and inspect potential properties

Evaluate renovation potential and project feasibility

Conduct due diligence and gather property informationDeal Making

Assist in negotiations with property owners

Support deal structuring and closing process

Work alongside senior acquisitions professionalsCRM Management

Track leads and communications

Maintain organized client and property records

Manage outreach and follow-up activitiesPreferred Experience

Background in Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality

Experience with CRM systems

Real estate experience is a plus but not requiredQualifications
