[FULLY REMOTE] — Full-Time Part-Time $40,000–$52,000/yr

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage executive calendars and multi-department meeting coordination

Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion

Draft and format professional reports, proposals & client communications

Maintain digital and physical filing systems for confidential records

Coordinate board meetings, client events, and company logistics

Support compliance documentation and audit preparation

REQUIREMENTS:

2–4 years administrative experience

Advanced Microsoft Office & Google Workspace proficiency

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

High discretion and integrity with confidential information

Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before they arise

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$40,000–$52,000 annual salary
