Pay: Upwards of $41.00 / hour + $5,000 Retention Bonus

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity

Student Loan Repayment Assistance up to $40,000

Flexible day schedule: choose between (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts

Inpatient and Outpatient settings available

Supportive and experienced therapy leadership and administration team

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physicians to design effective therapy plans tailored to each patient s unique needs

Encourage and support patients through customized exercises and the safe use of mobility aids and prosthetic devices

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress

Adjust therapy strategies as needed to promote the best possible recovery and independence

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Accredited Physical Therapy degree required

Active or eligible Texas PT license

Additional certifications (Lymphedema, Neurology, Pelvic Health) are a plus

Open to new grads with training support available
