Job Overview:
The Fabrication Laborer must be able to read, understand and follow applicable work instructions, safety requirements and Quality Management System Procedures.
The Fabrication Laborer reports directly to the Fabrication Manager.
Responsibilities and duties:
· Responsible for using deburring tool on stainless steel and aluminum parts
· Safely operate forming machines to form sides, shelves and tops for racks
· Check parts with square for approval by leader
· Keep machines and area clean
· Perform other duties as assigned by Fabrication Manager
Qualifications:
Some experience in manufacturing is preferred, but not required
Required to complete a supervised training program
Must be able to understand all pertinent work instructions and procedures as assigned
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented, adaptable and safety conscious.
Must have excellent attendance
Ability to contribute within a team environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
