Job Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the entire lifecycle of audio-visual productions in the scope of event management, from initial client consultation to final execution, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and delivered.

Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive inventory control and asset archiving systems for all equipment. Establish lifecycle projections for production and technical assets and proactively plan and execute equipment upgrades where operationally and financially viable.

Oversee the setup, technical testing, rehearsals, live operation, and dismantling of audio visual systems, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest technical and production standards.

Coordinate all administrative tasks related to event planning and execution, providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in event management or stage production.

Proven experience in stage management or show calling is considered a strong asset.

A background in theatrical stage production or audio-visual production is highly desirable.

Experienced candidates may be considered for advancement in senior positions.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in fast paced, occasionally high pressure environments.
