FCCBH’s Castle Dale Clinical Office has an opening for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs and coordinate services, and provide support and education. Entry-level position, but experience Bachelors level education, or a Utah SSW Licensure is preferred. This is a great opportunity for significant professional growth in a clinically rich, friendly, non-profit environment with a dynamic, supportive, and experienced team. At least $18.21/hr. Additional pay is offered to candidates with a Bachelor's degree. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
