Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and visitors with courtesy and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide administrative support, including organizing files and maintaining accurate records.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail while ensuring timely delivery to respective recipients.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or appointments.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to present a welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete various tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
• Offer concierge services to guests, providing helpful information and support as needed.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize files and manage tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities.
• Previous experience in concierge services or guest relations is a plus.
