$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements
Coordinate and manage case files, maintaining meticulous records for easy access and retrieval
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits and evidence
Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support their cases
Conduct legal research to support case strategies, ensuring our team is always well-informed
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances to keep the team on track
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies, contributing your insights and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and terminology
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. This is a fast-paced position that will require you to handle multiple projects at the same time
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Smokeball is a plus, but not required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
