Restaurant Manager – Full Service High Volume Breakfast/Lunch
We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in a high-volume, full-service breakfast and lunch environment. This is an execution-focused leadership role ideal for a strong Assistant Manager or Shift Leader ready to step up.
This position supports ownership and senior leadership and focuses on running great shifts, reinforcing systems, and helping build a consistent, team-first culture.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $50,000–$55,000
Bonus: Performance-based
Benefits: Medical (eligible after 90 days)
Schedule: Typically 6am–3pm
Days Off: Two consistent weekdays

Responsibilities
Lead FOH operations during service
Support BOH with inventory, ordering, and scheduling
Execute existing systems and checklists
Help drive ticket time efficiency and shift execution
Ensure training standards are followed
Coach and support team members during service
Maintain strong floor presence in high-volume environment
Assist leadership with daily operational consistency
Ideal Background
Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience
Full service or polished casual background preferred
High-volume experience (breakfast/lunch a plus)
Strong shift execution and floor leadership
Organized, reliable, and hands-on
Positive, team-first leadership style
Comfortable with early morning schedule
This Role Is NOT
Not a General Manager position
Not full P&L ownership
Not rebuilding from scratch
This is a hands-on operations support leader focused on execution and consistency.
