Columbus, OH $50K-58K Base + Bonuses Monday–Friday

SOLUTIONS Staffing is looking for a people-focused Branch Manager to lead our West Columbus office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, building client relationships, and helping people find work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support branch staff

Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates

Build strong relationships with clients

Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations

Previous leadership or management experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
