Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines and manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently to support production.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment

Maintains and repairs machinery/equipment, elecrtical, heating, ventilation, HVAC

Diagnose machine issues and complete timely repairs

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements

Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures

Provide training to team members as necessary on maintenance related items

Qualifications

5 years maintenance experience required

Experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, machining centers)

Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Extensive knowledge of CNC Machines and Auxillary equipment

Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
