We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails & client inquiries
Prepare quotes using Sage (quoting only)
Manage stock and basic inventory
Assist with day-to-day office tasks
Support client communication and coordination
Requirements:
Admin experience preferred
Sage experience advantageous
Strong communication & organization skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
