Helper / Technician (Bilingual) - No Experience

Job Description

A Kool Saver is hiring a bilingual Helper / Technician to join our growing field team. No experience required — training provided.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, and ready to learn. This position supports our crews with insulation, ductwork, and HVAC-related work in residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Must have a valid driver’s license

No experience required

Must be dependable and on time

Must be able to lift materials and handle physical work

Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn

Must follow instructions, safety rules, and company procedures

Job Duties:

Assist technicians and crew leaders on job sites

Load and unload tools and materials

Help with attic insulation, ductwork, and general HVAC support tasks

Help keep the work area clean and organized

Assist with paperwork and job updates

Provide professional and respectful customer service

Someone with a strong work ethic, good communication, and a willingness to grow with the company. Experience is not required, but responsibility, energy, and professionalism are a must.
