Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital experiences using AEM, combining backend Java development with modern front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and custom OSGi services.
Build and implement AEM-based solutions using Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
Develop responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Integrate AEM with external systems such as APIs, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
Work on content lifecycle management, metadata handling, and workflow customization.
Optimize application performance, caching strategies, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and perform testing and QA for AEM applications.
Collaborate with UX, DevOps, QA, and business teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to release planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Expertise in:
Java / J2EE
OSGi, Sling, JCR
HTL (Sightly)
Strong front-end skills:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with:
Maven, Git
AEM component development, workflows, and content management
Knowledge of integrations:
APIs, Mulesoft, JWT, Azure AD, CDNs
Familiarity with Adobe Marketing tools (Analytics, Target) is a plus.
Experience with Adaptive Forms, HTML5 forms, and document services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Certified AEM Developer or AEM Architect certification.
