Android Developer

Seeking a highly experienced mobile developer who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.

The role blends Android/iOS development, systems engineering, and mission support in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport program management with operations, strategy, and technical executionTranslate customer needs into technical requirements and solutionsDevelop and maintain mobile applications (Android & iOS)Act as a subject matter expert in geospatial technologies and mobile systemsCollaborate with internal teams and vendors on technical direction and integrationManage program risks, progress, and dependenciesWork with AWS services (EC2, S3) for enterprise application integrationProvide technical guidance, training, and customer briefings Required QualificationsStrong experience with GIS (Geospatial Information Systems)Mobile development using React (Android & iOS)Tools: VS Code, Android Studio, Xcode, Node.js, JavaScriptExperience with Electron (Windows/Linux apps)Agile development: sprint tracking (JIRA), version control (GitHub/GitLab)Experience in UI/UX design, test planning, and release managementAbility to work with small teams and support technical operationsTS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred SkillsStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience across Windows, UNIX, LinuxBackground in tool design and requirements developmentAdvanced degree in Software Engineering or similar RCT Systems OffersCompetitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)Immediate 401k vestingGenerous PTO and flexible schedules$500.00 annual technology allowance RCT Systems is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
