The Opportunity
We’re looking for top sales talent in the Columbus, Ohio market to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is focused on winning new clients, expanding existing relationships and clients, and partnering closely with a strong recruiting team to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do
Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts through strategic business development
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executive decision?makers
Lead client conversations to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs
Partner closely with recruiters to deliver high?quality talent solutions
Actively network and leverage referrals to expand your presence in the market
Participate in sales training, team meetings, and company all?hands
Occasionally travel to Cincinnati office for trainings, collaboration
Live out Vernovis’ fundamentals and social covenant in everything you do
Work Environment
Full?time
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Based in Grandview, Ohio in a beautiful office setting
