Lead Project Coordinator (Natural Resources Administrator 2) Capital

What you will do...

Supports statewide capital construction projects through coordination of planning, design, bidding, construction, and closeout.

Develops & implements policies and procedures to address document and process quality control, data management, and compliance activities.

Prepares and maintains standard procedures and training for the project coordinator program.

Assists project managers and engineers with arranging and compiling consultant selection, contract, and bidding documents, stage submissions, and pay applications utilizing OAKSCI software.

Assists in maintenance and quality control of ODNR project management database software and reporting.

Serves as liaison with internal divisions and external partners.

Requires statewide travel and may be expected to work some evenings and weekends.

Starting hourly pay of $35.68/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service, with an end salary of $50.75/hr.

54 mos. trg. or 54 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental science or agricultural science) indicated under job duties within approved position description AND valid driver’s license.

-Or undergraduate major core program & 30 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental science or agricultural science) indicated under job duties within approved position description AND valid driver’s license.

-Or completion of graduate major core program & 18 mos. exp. in natural resources specialty (architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental science or agricultural science) indicated under job duties within approved position description AND valid driver’s license.

-Or 6 mos. exp. as Natural Resources Administrator 1, 22911, in assigned area AND valid driver’s license.

-Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
