What You’ll Do:

As a Program Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing operational oversight and daily support to the Boundless@Home Program, ensuring service continuity, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination among staff, families, and internal departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of customer service experience.

Excellent computer skills – including spreadsheets and word processing tools – and the ability to learn new programs expeditiously. Ability to enter and verify data efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency across records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with quality assurance processes, audits, and documentation reviews.

Demonstrated ability to support staff coaching, conflict resolution, and workforce coordination.
